Terms and Conditions
Cancellation policy:
- les than one month (30 days) is charged 25% of the total amount
- less than 2 weeks (14 days) is charged 50% of the total amount
- less than one week (7 days) 100% of the amount will be charged.
- the amount will be charged by an invoice .
Terms of payment:
- an advance of 1 night is charged in case of reservation requests more than one month before the check-in date.
- payment is only cash on arrival.
