This used to be a town of 'a tale of one thousand and one nights' and is probably the longest inhabited city in the world. It is also a place where our daily soap comes from. We visited Aleppo in 2006 and discovered a lovely antique shop. The restaurants were really like little palaces. We were very impressed by the old city center and we had a fascinating encounter with a well-known Sufi musician. Unfortunately one month after we openend our bed and breakfast the civil war broke out in Syria...
The room is on the first floor. The decoration is a wink to the Middle East with some touches of vintage. You have a side view on the nature reserve.
